Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Client") and The Stl Web Design LLC ("Agency") for our web design services ("Services"). A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will specify the scope, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to the payment schedule in the SOW. Agency fees are billed in advance. All third-party costs (e.g., ad spend) are the Client's responsibility. Services may be suspended for late payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide timely access to necessary data, accounts, and approvals for the Agency to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for the legality of all provided materials.

4. Legal Disclaimers & Liability

The Agency does not guarantee specific results. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by the Client to us in the three months prior to any claim.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential. This includes strategies, performance data, and other business information.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
